Crawleo provides access to its APIs through subscription plans. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.
Because Crawleo is a digital service that becomes available immediately after purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts.
We may provide a full or partial refund (or a prorated adjustment at our discretion) in these cases:
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan billed, incorrect renewal), we will fix it and refund the improper amount.
If a significant service outage or major malfunction prevents normal use of Crawleo for a meaningful period, we may offer a prorated refund, a billing adjustment, or a service extension.
If you contact us within the first 14 days of your plan and you have used less than 10% of your plan quota (minimal or no usage), we may consider a refund or prorated adjustment at our discretion.
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or incorrect, please contact us first. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension to protect the service from abuse.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
