Refund Policy (Crawleo)

Crawleo provides access to its APIs through subscription plans. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.
1) General Rule
Because Crawleo is a digital service that becomes available immediately after purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts.
2) When We May Issue a Refund
We may provide a full or partial refund (or a prorated adjustment at our discretion) in these cases:
A) Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan billed, incorrect renewal), we will fix it and refund the improper amount.
B) Major service outage or verified platform failure (Crawleo-side)
If a significant service outage or major malfunction prevents normal use of Crawleo for a meaningful period, we may offer a prorated refund, a billing adjustment, or a service extension.
C) Early cancellation requests (limited, case-by-case)
If you contact us within the first 14 days of your plan and you have used less than 10% of your plan quota (minimal or no usage), we may consider a refund or prorated adjustment at our discretion.
3) What We Don’t Refund
- Partial-month usage after you’ve actively used the service in that billing period
- Results variability caused by the public web (content changes, removals, rate limits, site restrictions, third-party blocks)
- Issues caused by your setup or implementation (misconfiguration, incorrect requests, exceeding limits)
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms
- Change-of-mind after service access and much usage
4) Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or incorrect, please contact us first. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension to protect the service from abuse.
5) How to Request a Refund
Email support@crawleo.dev with:
- Your account email
- Invoice ID / transaction reference
- The reason for your request
- Approximate time of the charge and any relevant details
We may ask for additional information to investigate billing or service issues.
6) Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
